Each session a child attends will cost $5, but parents must purchase sessions in $20 increments, in other words, 4 sessions at a time. This will insure that the camp has more consistent attendance for sports and team activities.

CAMP Q & A:

Q : What sports does the camp teach?

A: The camp is set in three week cycles of specific sports. For example, the first cycle will focus entirely on football, the next, soccer, then basketball, and other sports, weather permitting.

Q: How is it organized?

A: The camp begins with about 45 minutes of sport specific conditioning, followed by about 30 minutes of sports specific drills and skill development, followed by scrimmages and playing practice.

Q: Is the camp for boys and girls?

A: Absolutely. For propriety and for safety, measures will be taken to keep both sexes safe and to minimize contact between those of the opposite sex.

Q: How safe are the activities?

A: I will strive to make each drill and scrimmage as safe as can be. We will never play tackle football, but boys will be allowed to block each other during play. Children whose ages or skill levels are significantly different will not be matched against each other. As with any sport, there is inherent risk of intentional and incidental contact between participants, and possible contact with the ground which can cause harm. These things are part of sports and risk cannot be completely eliminated.

Q: What will the kids be learning, specifically?

A: The children will be learning not only how to play and how to excel at sports, but also to develop a competitive and determined attitude. More importantly, children will be taught to respect each other and to play the way Jesus would want them to play.

Q: Do you provide transportation to and from Camp?

A: Transportation is not provided and it is expected that the parent(s) pick up their child(ren) on time.

Q: What should my child bring?

A: Proper athletic wear should be worn, not street shoes and jeans. During the colder winter months, it is imperitive that the children dress in layers, with gloves and hats if it is really clold. I highly recommend that each child brings rubber  football/soccer/baseball cleats; they aren't too expensive if you go to Wal-Mart. Also, when we start soccer skills cycle, shin guards. I will provide water, not sports drinks. That is up to the parents.

Q: How do I get my child signed up?

A: Click and print the form listed below and fill it out in its entirety. Bring the completed form to the Camp and give it to myself, along with the $30.00 fee.
