2. A speed bag and stopwatch

This package is your ticket to great health. It is a total room transformation! This home gym model is machine-based and easy to use. There are 5 different home gym setups, but below describes some of the basic elements.
Equipment included:
1. A Universal Machine and one Cybex treadmill, boxing equipment optional
2. Two 8lb medicine balls, two yoga mats and two Pilates/Swiss balls
3. Three instructional posters and five motivational posters
4. 1/4 inch rubber Gym Flooring (this includes removal of carpet if necessary)
5. Custom painted walls and ceiling (Option)
